Experienced Personnel Consultant

Join the recruitment leaders in the South West as an experienced Personnel Consultant to work within our Sales team managing end-to-end recruitment for blue and white collar roles across a diverse local client base.
Partnering with hiring manager’s and key HR stakeholders you will be accountable for sourcing top talent and supporting our recruitment strategies by providing a quality HR service to valued long term clients and candidates. We are a people business where quality assurance and service satisfaction is priority.
The successful candidate will hold:
- Recent and relevant end-to-end recruitment experience within a fast paced team environment preferably with labour hire exposure to mining, manufacturing, resourcing or other industrial environments.
- Demonstrated effectiveness managing client/candidate service functions from creating advertisement, phone screening shortlisted applicants, inhouse registration interviews, quality reference checking to ensure job match placement is successful; supported by a professional team and backed by a proven Quality Assurance framework.
- Excellent administrative ability, holding intermediate skills in MS Office along with an understanding of recruitment software systems with an eagerness to learn quickly.
- A learned focus on accuracy is essential for success as is the ability to think quickly, adapt and manage the action of incoming urgent and reactive work requests from clients and candidates.
- Confidence to professionally present with essential PPE (if required) when visiting client sites to uphold mandatory Workplace Health, Safety & Wellness compliance prior to site entry and in line with new starter onboarding and induction requirements.
