South West Personnel was founded in 1991 by Esi Garcia. It was the first recruitment company in the South West, opening its doors with two staff members. From small beginnings, South West Personnel grew as the company cemented relationships with clients by providing unparallel service in the South West region.

South West Personnel is a strong supporter of community projects. Most recently, South West Personnel has become involved in the Youth Driver Development Program, a program encouraging South West High School students to develop strong driving skills.
