South West Personnel are currently seeking a Receptionist to fill a permanent full time role with the opportunity to join a multi-award winning home builder and leader in home construction.
The successful applicant will receive on-the-job training, therefore this role provides an excellent ‘foot in the door’ opportunity for candidates who desire and are well suited to a front office, customer service role.
Typical role responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing client phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner, liaising with other staff as required
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office – first point of contact
- Monitoring and maintaining the staff kitchen supplies along with general housekeeping of the office and kitchen facilities
- Numerous clerical type duties such as ordering site reports, arranging planning/building permits, set up of job files, data entry

- Excellent time management skills and well presented with a cheerful and helpful disposition
- A friendly, confident communicator and a proactive team player
- Demonstrates a client focused approach
- High attention to detail and vigilant attitude to accuracy
- Open to learning and able to quickly and enthusiastically grasp training provided
