South West Personnel are currently recruiting for Experienced Mobile Plant Operators based in Boddington WA, engagement will commence on a casual basis through South West Personnel.  There can be permanent opportunities arise for hard working and reliable operators that easily align with expectations around safety culture and behavioural ethics.

These roles offer the opportunity to work for an employer of choice and be close to home by residing within the greater Boddington region.

Current vacancies with immediate starts are available for experienced, ticketed and competent Mining Operators in:

• Rigid Dump Truck Operators (CAT 777s / CAT 785s or larger)
• Dozer/Grader Operators (CAT D9/10/11s or Komatsu 475-5 and CAT 14/16Ms)

To be considered you will:

• Be prepared to commence on a Haul Truck and complete your VOC hours and all required site training prior to being considered for other machinery
• Have solid and recent experience with haul trucks and/or mobile plant operations within a mining environment
• Learn quickly and demonstrate competency through safe work practices and operating procedures
• Understand the demands of productivity to work safely without compromising on safety guarantee
• Be fit and healthy – willing to undertake a pre-employment mining medical and random D&A testing
• Have availability to work a continuous shift roster involving 12 hour shifts – 2 DS 2 NS: 5 OFF – 2 DS 3 NS: 4 OFF – 3 DS 2 NS: 3 OFF
