South West Personnel are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Installer for an initial 6-week contract with the potential for ongoing work.

While joining a supportive family-run business with a strong local reputation, you will be fitting aluminium roller shutters and outdoor blinds across residential and commercial sites throughout the Southwest region.

You must be physically fit, neatly presented and flexible with working hours between 7am–5pm, including weekends and able to travel as required.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Install roller shutters and outdoor blinds (OzRoll or equivalent)
• Measure, mark, and fit products to meet client expectations and supplier specifications
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all installations meet safety and performance standards
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite
• Collect signed satisfaction forms after each installation

Requirements and Attributes: 

• Current WA Driver’s Licence essential
• Current National Police Clearance essential
• Safety Awareness Construction Card (White Card) essential
• Trade qualifications or experience in carpentry / and or construction highly regarded
• Ability and confidence to safely operate hand tools and measurement installation equipment in line with WHS standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling including, ladder work and working at heights (up to 4m)
