South West Personnel continues their valued partnership with Worsley, an integrated bauxite mining and alumina refining operation based in Collie.

We are seeking application for best fit, motivated candidates who have interest in working within a chemical processing plant as an Operator. 

Primary accountability will be to safely execute a variety of production tasks associated with fixed plant processing to ensure operational excellence as defined by WHS requirements. 

Experience is well regarding however not essential with entry level work between Areas and Facilities varying.

Core requirements include:

• Experience and knowledge in relation to working within industrial processing environments.
• Physical ability to work in hot environments.
• Demonstrated commitment and conformance to safe work practices and procedures.
• Ownership and understanding of plant conditions to safely execute daily work.
• Accepting work instructions and conducting personal risk assessments for routine tasks.
• Absolute compliance to Clearance to Work procedures.
• Proactive housekeeping to ensure safe, neat and tidy workplace standards are met.
• Completing logs, update routines and checksheets to meet shift handover requirements.

You will need:

• An UPDATED and CURRENT CV clearly providing ALL relevant work history, including two recent, contactable work referees
• A valid WA C Class Drivers Licence and your own reliable transport
• White card and other High Risk tickets, LF / EWP / Crane, well regarded
• Willing to complete a full pre-employment and drug and alcohol screening
