We have an opportunity for a professional Administrator, where you will be required to proactively provide a wide range of administration support tasks in a professional, timely, responsible and confidential manner.
To be considered for the position, you will need to be experienced in a broad range of financial administrative functions and able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and customer service.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Undertake the duties as first point of contact for all contractor entry at the plant
  • Bank reconciliation and bank administration
  • Finance administration including invoice entry, invoice statement reconciliations, credit card control, weekly pay run preparation, cashflow management, budget support and GST BAS submissions
  • Various other Administrative Team Support

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong computer skills MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Xero or other accounting package preferred
  • Experienced with a variety of administrative tasks associated with a financial, administrative environment
  • Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate numeracy recount
