Client Services Officer

Our client is seeking a client Services Officer based in Bunbury.

Daily Tasks will include, but not limited to:

  • Client enquiries by phone and email
  • Assistance in client reviews and new business
  • Ensuring all processes are efficient, relevant and add value
  • Manage client appointments in diaries
  • Prepare paperwork/presentation for client appointments

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in an administration field is preferred but not essential
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar client service role
  • Relevant general office / administration experience
  • Proven financial industry experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Excellent keyboard and computer skills
  • Prioritising and organisation skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills – Word and Excel
