South West Personnel have been engaged to assist with the upcoming Membrane filter change-out at the Binningup Desalination Plant, commencing 16th March with an estimated 2 week duration.

You will be working in teams, supervised and instructed on the change-out and working off a platform. The role has a high aspect of physical and manual handling, and commitment is required for the full duration of the change-out.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 12-hour shifts from the 16th March to the 27th March and be available for training on the 9th March 2026. 

To be considered for this casual work you must:

• Be available for ALL required dates – Including Monday, 9th March for training
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Construction White Card – preferred
• High Risk Licence Forklift – preferred
• Confined Space Entry Ticket – preferred
• Understand safe work practices with the ability to listen and understand work instructions
• Be capable for manual handling activities with the ability to work outdoors in a physical capacity
• Be able to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen prior to commencing

Only candidates residing in the Binningup & Bunbury region will be considered for these roles.
