South West Personnel are proud to partner with our client who holds prominent space within the residential housing market in Bunbury and the South West of WA.

An opportunity has become available for an Prestart Consultant to cover a six month fixed term contract, with opportunity beyond the initial six months dependant on movement within the team.

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional with a natural ability to link client needs through to all levels of the internal building team including sales, drafting, estimating, approvals, scheduling and construction.    You will be the first point of contact throughout the building process, guiding clients with confidence, care and professionalism.

Daily tasks will include, but not limited to:

• Conducting end-to-end prestart meetings with clients as required (up to 3 per week)
• Prestart costing coordination from information gathered at prestart meeting
• Building documentation to be amended and updated to accurately reflect prestart changes as requested and agreed by clients
• Compile final documents ready for client approval after changes have been corresponded and accurately documented
• Assisting Contract Administration in preparation of documents required for the prestart meeting, as required
• General administration duties in relation to all prestart building requirements

About You:

• Experience working within a WA residential building company within a prestart / client liaison role will be highly regarded
• Understand and value the work of providing a high level of customer service to clients during the ‘build’ process
• Client focused organisational ability with the professionalism and training to be able to check accuracy and detail while meeting deadlines and construction timeframes
• An eagerness and willing to learn new skills and adapt within the office to assist where required
