South West Personnel’s operating policies are available to view on request – please contact us to arrange.

In response to the recent changes around the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to ensure everyone that South West Personnel are undertaking extra precautions and screening measures to ensure that our own staff, on-hire casuals, host employers and job seekers are protected as much as possible from the risk of COVID-19.

SWP will abide by applicable mandates as directed by the Government.  The Government has implemented mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations for a number of industry sectors throughout Western Australia.

FOR ON-HIRE STAFF: Please ensure you are familiar and complying with your host employer site-specific procedures. If you are unsure, please speak with your supervisor or call SWP on 9721 8155. We encourage all on-hire staff to send their timesheets in electronically if possible.

FOR JOB SEEKERS: Our office open for business, however we ask that you please continue to exercise good hygiene practices and social distancing of 1.5m.

Please continue to regularly visit the state Department of Health website to remain up to date on the latest information around COVID-19.

Occupational Health & Safety

South West Personnel works closely with valued clients to provide a safe working environment and aims to ensure employees return home from work in the same state as they arrived. As well as a stringent Work Health & Safety Policy, South West Personnel has a full-time OSH Officer dedicated to achieving this.

Safety Suggestion Box – Hazard Reporting

The reporting of potential hazards is an integral part of our safety program. If you become aware of any potential hazard in the workplace, we urge you to report your observations and concerns so that effective measures can be taken to ensure employee safety. Remember, your efforts could save the life of a co-worker.
