South West Personnel have been engaged by IRONMAN to source a casual Labouring Crew to assist with the set-up and pack-down for the iconic Busselton IRONMAN event prepare for race day on Sunday, 6th December 2026.

Key Dates:
· Set-up Phase: Thursday, 26th November ➡️ Wednesday, 2nd December 2026
· Pack-down Phase: Monday, 7th December ➡️ 9th December 2026

Duties Include:
· Installation and removal of event infrastructure such as marques, bike racks, road blocks, transition area for set-up and recovery
· Erecting and dismantling fencing, blocks, and course barriers
· Swim, bike, and run course preparations to ensure athlete and public safety
· Venue and finish-line construction and pack-down
· General labouring and manual handling duties
· Working alongside event operations teams to meet daily deadlines

Requirements:
· White Card with current drivers licence and reliable transport
· High Risk Forklift (LF, TV, CN, CO, WAH) – Telehandler experience or ticketed with experience will be considered favourably
· Physically fit and capable of manual labour with the ability to complete inductions and follow safety procedures and instructions
· Availability to work all or multiple shifts throughout the event period
