You’ll be working as part of a maintenance crew assisting with conveyor roller change-outs, general housekeeping and basic fixed plant maintenance support.
Previous mining experience is not required. What matters most is a strong work ethic, reliability and a genuine commitment to working safely.
This is a physically demanding role involving a 12-hour shift working outdoors and in the elements, so you’ll need to be comfortable with manual work and able to maintain a consistent work pace throughout the shift.
What is Essential:
- Availability to work every Tuesday
- Reside locally to Collie or surrounding South West areas
- A current WA C Class Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- A good level of physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual work
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen and functional assessment
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and team outcomes
- The maturity to work well as part of a crew and autonomously when required
- High Risk tickets such as Working at Heights (mandatory) / Forklift / Crane, well regarded
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
